Hastings Taxi Call 01424 866866 will travel direct to the destination that we think is the most suitable for the time of day and knowledge at the time of travel, any extra pick ups or stops could be charged accordingly. Hastings Taxi Call cannot be held responsible for unexpected delays outside of our control but we will advise accordingly if any delays are foreseen. All bookings will be confirmed by a member of Taxi Call staff either by phone , E-mail or in writing during office hours. A quote or enquiry does not constitute a booking until confirmation received. Clients must state how much luggage and number of people including infants/babies so Hastings Taxi Call can provide the correct size vehicle required.we will not load more people regardless of age or luggage than the vehicle is licensed to carry. Although Hastings Taxi Call will take great care, we will not be held responsible for loss or damage to property howsoever caused. At busy times and when a larger vehicle is required we may
occasionally use trusted, reliable sub-contractors for the journey. Smoking, E-cigarettes or drinking alcohol is not permitted in
the taxi at any time. Hastings Taxi Call reserve the right to charge £50.00 soiling,
sickness or spillage charge to pay towards vehicle valeting and time lost. Hastings Taxi Call reserve the right to cancel the journey
at any time if any staff are verbally or physically abused. Hastings Taxi Call will make every effort available to contact a client but in the event of a customer no show without sufficient notice 100% of the booking fee will be charged. A cancellation of more than 12 hours will not be chargeable but less notice may be charged at full rate. Any Taxi Fare Estimator page is a price guide only for your
convenience & in no way constitutes a fixed price unless confirmed
in writing.
